Qualifications & Competencies
* To provide efficient service to guests who order food & beverage from Room Service, in order to provide high level of guest satisfaction.
* Age: 18-25 years;
* Qualification: School Certificate or Higher School Certificate
* Personality: Pleasant voice, good articulation, positive attitude, eager to learn, polite, good manners.
* Language: Excellent oral and written English & French skills
* Others: Ready to work on morning or evening shifts as per roster.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Provides courteous, personalized and attentive service via telephone interaction to guests who order at Room service for food and beverage.
* Provides accurate information, recommendation to guests on queries related to food and beverage.
