Degree/Masters of Business Administration and or any related qualification.
Roles and Responsibilities
Interpret short and long term effects of sales strategies in operating profit.
Collaborate with management in establishing realistic sales goals for the company's various projects.
Forecast accurately annual, quarterly, monthly revenue steams and produce weekly statistics [KPIs] figure to management.
Set all sales policies, practices and procedures.
Close monitoring on sales expenses.
Responsible to drive the sales of all products developed by the department & company
To liaise with local government authorities for applications submitted as well as permits and certificates to be obtained.
Assist the project development team in the product need, definition and pricing.
Actively participate in developing strategic marketing and strategic product development.
Coordinate the sales process with communication agencies, notaries, financial institutuoins & guiding authorities.
Experience
5 years' experience in sales locally and internationally.
