- Possess high level of confidentiality
- Excellent editing, proofreading, keyboarding and Microsoft Office skills

Perform administrative and secretarial tasks including producing letters and reports, preparation of materials for various events, welcoming visitors, managing office supplies, filing, maintaining efficient office procedures and tracking system
