Qualifications & Competencies

- HSC or equivalent
- Diploma in Spa Management

Roles and Responsibilities

- Sound knowledge of resort operations
- Excellent communication skills in English and French
- Ready to work odd hours, Sundays, Public Holidays and others as and when required
- Do the Spa planning, forecasting and budget
- Deliver training and coaching for Spa activities
- Maximise revenue and provide a high level of service.

Experience

A minimum of 5 years experience in a similar position within a luxury resort
