Qualifications & Competencies

Post graduate qualification Finance or related field.

Successful track record of credit approvals and recommendations.
Knowledge of Risk Rating Models.
In depth knowledge of Vehicle and Asset Finance Credit Administration, Credit Analysis, and Restructuring

Strong project management skills and ability to translate desired business concepts to actual processes for implementation.

Articulation and presentation skills required both in the preparation of policies / strategies & presentation of the same to the Executive Committees.

Understanding of the purpose of legal documentation and terms and conditions of the sales and instalment sale type contracts of company’s products.

Knowledge of financial statements and cash flow analysis, industry/market credit research, liens, bonds and guarantees.

Experience

- 10 years or more experience in major financial institutions, of which the last 5 years in credit & risk in asset finance related functions.
- Managerial experience - requirement to be both a team player and a leader and with substantial experience in managing diverse remote teams.
