Roles and Responsibilities
•To carry out calibration, sampling and microbiological, chemical and physical analysis of yoghurt, ice cream, milk and juice products
•To continuously assure quality of tests and calibration results, apply Good Laboratory Practices and ensure housekeeping in the Laboratory
•To give raw material/intermediate mix and finished product release based upon any microbiological, physical, chemical and organoleptic confirmations
•To manage the Laboratory stock
•To participate in research and development of products
Experience
•Experience in a chemical laboratory
