Accounting and Finance Position

We are currently looking for someone who is great at paying attention to details, great with numbers and has very good logic to join our finance and accounting team.

Who are we?
ABZ Group is an innovative company based in Grand Baie, Mauritius that is involved in providing online services for a variety of markets including Travel, IT Solutions, Restaurants & Dining, E-commerce and Leisure Services through websites like Mauritius Attractions, Deals.mu, Otayo.com, Restaurants.mu, Cinema.mu and Cine Sous Les Etoiles.

Roles and Responsibilities

We are a fast-growing company and we need a qualified and capable person to work with us. You will mainly be responsible for the accounting and finance tasks for the company.

Other responsibilities include:

- Process balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to company accounting and finance guidelines
- Reviewing company expenses, payroll records, and others as assigned
- Updating financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and available when needed
- Preparing and submitting periodic financial and accounting reports
- Preparing finance and accounting records, reports.

Experience

- Excellent organization skills
- Great attention to detail
- Good with numbers and figures
- Analytical skills
- Degree in accounting, finance or another relevant field
- Qualifications like ACCA, CPA and prior experience in finance are a plus
