Qualifications & Competencies
• With 1–2 years of experience in the same field
• Must have full understanding of Coffee and Tea Terminology & offerings
• Customer service-oriented with effective communication skills in English & French (written & verbal)
• Ability to work on a roster and shifts, weekends & public holidays

Responsibilities
1. Demonstrate a commitment to guest services in responding promptly to guest requirements.
2. Prepare a wide variety of Specialty Coffees & Teas.
3. Responsible for preparing and/or serving hot or cold beverages, cocktails and bar menu items.
4. Order & receive stock supplies & retail products.
5. Ensure the bar is always clean & presentable & an arrangement of attractive bottles of glassware are on display.
6. Ensure adherence to the hotel policies, procedures & SOPs.
7. Participate in departmental trainings.
8. Conduct any other cognate duties as assigned by Food & Beverages Manager.
