PEOPLE & TALENT COORDINATOR

Job Purpose:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People & Talent Coordinator to join our HR team. The People & Talent Coordinator will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, a passion for working with people, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
Assist with onboarding new employees, including preparing paperwork, conducting orientations, and facilitating introductions to teams.
Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives, including organizing events and activities.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
Collaborate with managers and employees to facilitate effective communication and resolve employee relations issues.
Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Stay updated on HR trends and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Assistant, HR Coordinator, or similar role.
Knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
Familiarity with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS).
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
