Assistant Supervisor (Parking)

Qualifications & Competencies

Minimum HSC (diploma in production/operation will be an advantage).
Computer literate.
Knowledge of HACCP desirable.
Good planning and organisation skills.
Ability to lead a team.
Flexible to work odd hours as required.
Result-driven.

Roles and Responsibilities

To supervise and coordinate the work of workers engaged in the re-packing of milk and frozen products.
To review production orders with the Packing Supervisor in order to ascertain type and quantity of product to be repacked with the objective of achieving set monthly target and other packing requirements
To inspect products prior to packaging as per HACCP requirements.
To monitor packing operations using process workflow and inspect containers to ensure conformity with specifications.
To liaise with the maintenance team to start, adjust, and repair packaging machinery.
To train workers in operating of equipment.
To do transfers on ERP system after production.
To close pending batches on system.
To ensure cleaning has been done after operation.
To ensure proper documentation of and compliance with HACCP procedures.
To prepare reports such as production sheet on a daily basis, cut loss report and stock of raw material report on a monthly basis.

Experience

Experience in production environment preferred.
