Qualifications & Competencies

HSC and Technical qualifications
Good knowledge of aluminium and allied products
Strong supervisory capabilities
Holder of a valid driving licence

Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate day to day operations of projects
Lead team to meet deadlines
Order materials and equipment for sites
Ensure close monitoring of labour force as regards to attendance, discipline, policies and procedures
Attend site meetings
Prepare daily/timely progress report for submission to the Contracts Manager or Site Manager
Ensure that works are completed in accordance with design,budget, schedule and specifications
