Technical Sales Representative

Qualifications & Competencies

Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
Self organizer with strong analytical and excellent negotiation skills
Ability to work under pressure
Fluent in English
Good written and verbal communication skills
Holder of a valid driving licence

Roles and Responsibilities

Present and sell HVAC products and services to current and potential clients
Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project number of contracts to be made
Prepare and meet sales forecasts for the year
Coordinate staff to accomplish the work required to close sales
Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education
Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained and submit orders for processing
Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements with clients
Advice clients on the correct HVAC products or assist customers in making products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers' needs and product specifications
Provide after sales support and services

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in the sales of HVAC products and services
