Qualifications & Competencies
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Construction Management or equivalent
Fully conversant with MS Project software
Roles and Responsibilities
Ensure proper coordination of works between the various trades on site
Communicate with Operations Managers, main contractor, architect, consultants and clients' representatives by attending site meetings and taking necessary follow up actions
Manage projects with respect to budget (allowance), technical and client specifications and deadlines.
Liaise with the Commercial Department for work variations and need for acceleration costs
Monitor progress of works on site and proactively take corrective actions
