Qualifications & Competencies
BSC
Good leadership and communication skills
Good analytical review skills
Good knowledge of Employment law and Industrial Relations
Experience with Payroll system software would be an advantage.
Roles and Responsibilities
Manage the payroll department to ensure a timely payment of wages to staff and labour as per existing regulations.
Piece rate control and system
Payroll audit
Responsible for all statutory updates on system.
Monthly staff overhead cost vs. budget
Responsible for closure of all payrolls prior to bank transfer +all reports to accounts
